Billing

IOTMER uses a subscription + usage-based billing model. You subscribe to services (e.g. Cloud MQTT, Dedicated Clusters) and are billed for actual usage.

Billing model

• Services — you subscribe to specific IOTMER services with a selected plan (e.g. Cloud MQTT Basic, Dedicated Cluster Standard)
• Usage — consumption-based charges (connected devices, messages, storage) tracked monthly
• Balance — prepaid credits that are drawn down as usage accrues. View balance under Billing or via the API (see Usage); adding credit is handled according to your plan and organization.
• Invoices — generated monthly per billing cycle
