Workspaces

A workspace is the primary organizational unit in IOTMER. All resources — devices, MQTT brokers, API keys, members, billing — are scoped to a workspace.

Use cases for multiple workspaces​

  • Environment isolation — separate production and staging workspaces
  • Client isolation — one workspace per customer if you are building a multi-tenant SaaS
  • Team isolation — different teams managing independent device fleets
