Services & Plans

IOTMER offers multiple services, each with tiered plans.

Available services​

GET /billing/services

Returns the list of available services. For each service, fetch plans:

GET /billing/services/{code}/plans

Subscribe to a service​

  1. Go to Billing → Services
  2. Click Subscribe on the service you want
  3. Select a plan
  4. Confirm — billing starts immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on the plan

Active services in your workspace​

GET /workspaces/{id}/services

Returns the services active in your workspace, their current plan, and billing status.

Upgrade / downgrade a plan​

Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Contact IOTMER support for immediate plan changes.

Cancel a service​

Cancelling a service disables it at the end of the current billing period. Devices using that service may lose connectivity.
