Password Reset

Request a reset link

1. Click Forgot your password? on the login page — or go directly to console.iotmer.com/forgot-password
2. Enter your email address and click Send reset link

You will receive an email with a time-limited reset link (valid for 1 hour).

Set a new password

Click the link in the email, then enter and confirm your new password.

Password requirements:

• Minimum 8 characters

After saving, your existing sessions are invalidated and you will be redirected to login with the new password.

API

The password reset flow is also available via API:

• POST /auth/forgot-password — request reset link
• POST /auth/reset-password — submit new password with token
